Action Speaks Louder Than Words…

This is the first post where I’ll be sharing about some life lessons I learned from my own experience. So the first chapter is ‘Don’t Trust Words, But Action Of Others’.

As we all may have gone through this thing in life where they trusted on others and believed their words but at the end had to suffer as their words were just empty promises which didn’t have any meaning.

I too have met some people in life who were at some point were very dear to me but now don’t even talk to me. I used to trust blindly on everything they said but when time came to convert the words into action, they all ran away from my side. That day taught me that we are alone in the world and should trust on actions of a person.

If the words don’t add up, it’s usually because the truth wasn’t included in the equation. Sometimes you don’t need to hear excuses or what they have to say for themselves because of their actions.

This is one of the lessons I got to learn early in my life or I should say when I was in my school. I had a friend in my school days whom I considered as my best buddy and used to believe him blindly. But a day came when I realized that that truly don’t deserve to be my friend as when I needed him, he was nowhere to be seen. What kind of friendship was this where only empty promises were there.. It’s better to be alone rather then being in a bad company.

Sometimes people lie but actions don’t. Actions speak larger than words. We can apologize over and over, but our actions don’t change the words.

So to live a happy and stress free life, never ever trust on someone’s words but trust on the action they take after saying those words because as we know ‘Action Speaks Louder Than Words’.
