So guys this week we are going to talk about fear. Fear can be of anything. It can be about getting an injury, fear of pain, fear of competition etc. Fear is the only thing that puts us back in life and restricts our capabilities and stops us to achieve what we actually deserve.

Many people are not able to achieve things in life because they stop trying after failure. But the thing they don’t understand is that failure is bound to happen, it’s a part of your life. But stop trying after that is not a correct step. Instead we should continue trying until we succeed.

A great line said by Mr Harivanshrai Bachan and I recall this because the vice president of HR department of Samsung himself repeated it in our college during a pre internship talk. The line is ‘Kamyabi milna na milna kismat ki baat hai, Mei koshish bhi na karun yeh galat baat hai’.

We as humans should learn a lot from birds. A bird sitting on a branch is never afraid of falling down or the branch  breaking because its trust is not on the branch but on its own wings.

There was a great line in the last novel I read ‘The Alchemist’. It is stated as ‘There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve : the fear of failure’.

Don’t give in to your fears, if you do you won’t be able to talk to your heart. It’s only after we lose everything, we are free to do anything.

Fear acts as a barrier between what you want and what you achieve. Everything you need is on the other side of fear.
People are afraid what others think of them. Be nervous but not afraid. We should not be afraid of enemies who attack us but be afraid of friends who flatter us.

We should not be afraid to make mistakes. Never be afraid to start over, its a new chance to rebuild what you want. Don’t be afraid of being different but be afraid of being same as everyone.

Don’t be afraid of fear, it is not there to scare you, they are there to tell you that something is worth it.
